Elwynian has talked about an issue with the water supply. Make your way to the Cisterns to investigate.

Enter the Cisterns
Enter the Cisterns.

Locate the Water Wheel
Locate the Water Wheel.

Destroy the Nests
Destroy the Nests on the Water Wheel.

Speak to Elwynian
Return to Elwynian and let her know that the Water Wheel has been restarted and water should be flowing freely once again.

Take the Reward from Elwynian
Take the Reward from Elwynian.

Quest Complete
Quest Complete - You have restarted the Water Wheel and have been given a reward by Elwynian for your help.
